Quick guide

• Dashboard (called Home for staff, with large buttons for New Sale, Sales History, Customers and Credit): today's sales at a glance, quick actions and things that need attention.
• Point of Sale: New Sale to search for a product (F2 search, F9 cash, F8 GCash/Maya, F4 hold; press ? or tap the keyboard icon at the top to see them all), and Sales History to reprint, return items (partial refunds) or void a sale.
• Products & Inventory: Products for names and prices, Stock for quantities and stock counts, Stock Movement for every change, Expiration for expiry dates and suggested markdowns before items expire.
• Purchasing: Suppliers (with their usual delivery time), Purchase Orders (order first, then tap Receive delivery when it arrives), Price History (when a supplier's price changed) and Purchases / Restocking (the shopping list, based on how fast items sell, and recording what you bought).
• Customers: Customers for contact details and credit limits, and Credit for what they owe and payments. Tap Remind to text a customer about unpaid credit.
• Finance: Expenses and the daily cash drawer.
• Reports: Sales, Inventory and Products. Can be printed as PDF.
• Alerts: low stock, expiring items, overdue credit and backup reminders.
• Settings: Users (sign-in accounts for admins and staff, PINs and the activity log) and Store Settings (store name, receipts).
• Admin and Staff: an Admin can open every page. Staff can open only Dashboard, Point of Sale, Customers and Reports. Voids, returns and price changes need an admin's PIN.
• Back up: download a backup every day.
• At the top, Display has Touch mode (larger buttons) and Theme (Auto follows your device).
